To claim your rebate, follow theses steps:
- Make a service purchase of $199 (for 6 months) or $750 (for 12 months) or more with your AAMCO Credit Card
- Download and complete the rebate form
- Send a copy of your invoice and copy of your sales receipt confirming that the AAMCO credit card was used to make the purchase along with the completed rebate form to the address specified on the rebate form. Rebate form must be postmarked by 9/30/2018
